You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of forming a binding contract.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment must be made in full before any work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on the service/package selected. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals on time to avoid delays. Final deliverables will be provided in digital format via download link or shared drive.

5. Revisions

Each service plan includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in your order:

• Revisions are intended for minor edits, not complete reworks.
• Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions may be available at an extra cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, clear instructions and content requirements.
• Respond in a timely manner to requests for approval, input, or feedback.
• Ensure any material provided does not infringe on copyrights or violate any laws.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments or if the project has not yet begun.
• Refunds will not be provided for completed work or change-of-mind cancellations.
• Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of order.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive full rights to the final deliverables (unless otherwise stated). Vidmaze retains the right to display non-sensitive content in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful purpose, harassment, abuse, defamation, uploading malware, or copying/reselling our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vidmaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or misuse of delivered content. Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees or warranties.
