Vidmaze offers customized digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Voiceovers (AI and human)

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under specific conditions. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless they fall under the eligible criteria below:

  • Duplicate Payments: If your card or payment method is charged more than once for the same service.
  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before any scripting or production work has started.
  • Failure to Deliver: If we fail to begin or deliver the project within a reasonable time frame and without communication.
  • Service Incompatibility: If the service purchased cannot be fulfilled due to technical, legal, or ethical limitations.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started or been partially delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction based on creative preferences if the work meets agreed specifications.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide content or feedback.
  • You cancel after the final product has been delivered.
  • Change of mind after order placement.
  • Missed deadlines due to incomplete requirements or delayed approvals.

4. Revision Terms

Each package includes a set number of revisions as per your selected plan.

  • Extra revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.
  • All revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Revisions do not include complete reworks unless discussed beforehand.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@vidmaze.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund

We typically respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may violate this policy, and we reserve the right to dispute it with proof of work delivered.
